Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of both our clients and our stylists, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who no-show or repeatedly cancel late may be required to prepay in full to book future appointments.
